Senior Solutions Consultant (Healthcare)

Senior Solutions Consultant (SaaS/Healthcare): Driving the technical evaluation process for healthcare providers by building evidence-based proofs of concept for patient intake and authorization workflows with an accent on operational pain discovery and business case translation. Focus on architecting tailored PoCs on an agentic orchestration platform and navigating security and compliance requirements.

Location: Hybrid (New York City), must be in the office 4 days/week

Salary: $165K – $185K OTE

What you will do

• Lead technical evaluations from first demo to signature, partnering closely with Account Executives.
• Conduct structured discovery to identify and quantify operational pain points in referral intake and patient processing workflows.
• Architect and build tailored Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using hirify.global's agentic patient orchestration platform.
• Create current and future state process maps to make the business value of the solution undeniable.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical buyers, including CFOs and clinical directors.
• Develop deep domain expertise in healthcare verticals such as DME, infusion, and specialty pharmacy.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on technical ability to configure complex platforms, work with APIs, and build sandbox environments.
• Fluency in security and compliance, including the ability to interpret SOC 2 reports and respond to vendor assessments.
• CS degree or an equivalent technical foundation.
• Must be based in New York City to maintain a hybrid 4-day/week office presence.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare provider-side operations (DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy).
