Location: On-site in New York City (Soho office), 5 days a week

Salary: $150K – $185K (OTE) + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with finance and accounting leaders to demonstrate platform capabilities and solve business problems.
• Manage pre-sales projects and develop proof-of-concepts in collaboration with the Implementation team.
• Translate technical solutions into workflow maps and implementation proposals for the Go-to-Market team.
• Guide clients on integrating hirify.global into complex tech stacks involving ERP, CRM, and BI tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers using a consultative approach.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City and work on-site 5 days a week.
• 5+ years of overall experience, ideally across both tech and corporate environments.
• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management within SaaS or Fintech.
• Experience driving technical consultative partnerships with CFOs and Controllers regarding ERP/CRM integrations.

Nice to have

• Accounting experience, such as being a CPA or having worked directly with accountants and controllers.
