TL;DR

Salary: $155,000 - $200,000 per year + equity

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales content library, including pitch decks, battle cards, ROI frameworks, and objection handling guides for core buyer personas.
  • Design and execute sales training and onboarding programs with defined ramp benchmarks and a recurring skill development cadence.
  • Establish and maintain a competitive intelligence program inclusive of win/loss analysis and field intelligence routing.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Sales Engineering to create persona-specific talk tracks and demo playbooks.
  • Manage product launch readiness by delivering seller training and updated content prior to customer-facing launches.
  • Select and implement the enablement stack, including content management platforms and call intelligence tools.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record as a hands-on content creator of pitch decks, battle cards, and competitive frameworks.
  • Strong ability to operate as a high-autonomy individual contributor.
  • Experience partnering with pre-sales or SE teams on deal support and competitive positioning.
  • Strong executive presence and verbal communication skills to influence rep behavior.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with long cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare or health tech experience, particularly in clinical workflow or EHR-adjacent solutions.
  • Experience building a sales enablement function from scratch.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product positioning and the healthcare AI landscape.
  • Experience at high-growth companies ($50M-$500M ARR).
  • Clinical credential or background.
