What you will do

• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer technical, product, and operational requirements
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Act as trusted product and solution expert throughout the sales cycle
• Articulate business and technical value to technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for strategy and handoffs
• Gather prospect feedback to inform product roadmap and contribute to technical win rates

Requirements

• 4+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS or AI sales
• Knowledge of and experience in banking, financial services, AI, SaaS, lending, or credit industries
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and tailor demos for complex enterprise requirements
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders
• Highly organized with proactive approach to managing multiple opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to travel 10–20%
