Location: This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday-Friday) based in Santa Barbara, CA. Candidates must reside in one of hirify.global's hybrid office cities (Santa Barbara, CA, or Philadelphia, PA) or one of the designated hiring hubs in the US (Boston, Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle Metro Areas).

Salary: $120,000 - $134,000 a year

What you will do

• Act as the technical lead during sales and implementation, ensuring customer workflows align with hirify.global’s capabilities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to evaluate system architecture, workflow needs, and data integration requirements.
• Design and propose optimized solutions for healthcare workflows using hirify.global’s product suite.
• Translate technical concepts into clear and actionable information for diverse stakeholders.
• Scope Statements of Work (SOWs) and contribute to internal technical enablement.
• Create and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or healthcare technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM preferred (additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
• Expertise in healthcare integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, and API architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to scope technical projects and align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to tackling complex workflows.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of database architecture and data storage methodologies.
• HIMSS certifications (e.g., CPHIMS, CAHIMS).
• Experience with RFPs and proposal writing in a technical context.
