TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 base plus bonus

hirify.global is an incubation firm developing technology-led companies in healthcare, cyber, and national security, currently scaling Trase, an AI platform for enterprise AI deployment.

What you will do

  • Own and close net-new enterprise logos across non-acute healthcare segments, from initial meeting to expansion.
  • Navigate complex organizations to identify executive sponsors, economic buyers, and IT decision-makers.
  • Lead value-driven sales cycles based on customer workflows, regulatory pressures, and operational pain points.
  • Build ROI models and business cases focused on cost reduction, throughput, and revenue lifecycle optimization.
  • Design and run outcome-based POCs with clear success criteria and executive alignment.
  • Collaborate with GTM Engineers, Product, and Executive Leadership to advance deals and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of healthcare sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex enterprise deals ($250K–$1M+ ARR).
  • Deep familiarity with payers, pharma, life sciences, or health tech operational models.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS, AI, or cloud platforms in regulated environments.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements including HIPAA, HITRUST, and CMS.
  • Must be based in the USA to align with regulatory and benefit requirements.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or agent-based systems.
  • Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards.
