Salary: $152,000–$200,000 base salary plus equity and performance bonus.

What you will do
- Drive enterprise deals with large risk-bearing provider groups and payers from first contact through close.
- Stand up and refine pipeline tracking, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and deal processes.
- Translate clinical and technical capabilities into compelling narratives for C-suite healthcare buyers.
- Produce one-pagers, RFP responses, business cases, and pilot frameworks to advance opportunities.
- Capture market intelligence from prospect conversations to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
- Serve as the connective tissue between founders, product, and customers to build the GTM motion.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in enterprise software, healthcare, or high-growth startups.
- Proven track record of owning a number, process, or product with direct accountability.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Comfort operating as a generalist in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Must be based in the US to support remote or on-site work in NYC or Boca Raton.
Nice to have
- Background at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Chartis, etc.) with healthcare experience.
- Experience in college sports, demonstrating coachability and team orientation.
