Location: Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Budapest, Prague, Warsaw, or Zurich (Hybrid model).

What you will do
- Ensure seamless weekly staffing operations to identify resourcing requirements and deploy talent effectively.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the G&A Staffing team.
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on investment decisions and commercial trade-offs.
- Drive strategic staffing projects, including digital tool adoption and process harmonization across Central Europe.
- Define and maintain regional staffing standards, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
- Present regular updates on supply, demand, and utilization to leadership teams.
Requirements
- University degree in business management, HR, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in HR, staffing, or a comparable service-oriented environment.
- Proven experience managing complex workforce topics and end-to-end process ownership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex discussions at a senior leadership level.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct people management.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
