TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Lenovo): Developing and executing the strategic growth plan for Lenovo in Sweden with an accent on identifying new commercial opportunities and sustainable business growth. Focus on aligning priorities between hirify.global and Lenovo account managers and driving sales growth within the relational sales segment.

Location: Hybrid in Sweden. Must work from the Nacka Strand office at least two days per week and from Lenovo's Stockholm office once per week.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for Lenovo in Sweden to identify and capture new commercial opportunities.
  • Drive ambitious sales growth within the relational sales segment by building strong customer relationships.
  • Act as the primary link between hirify.global and Lenovo Account Managers to align priorities and maximize success.
  • Collaborate with Vendor, Sales, and Marketing departments to launch impactful sales activities and increase market presence.
  • Conduct regular strategic and operational meetings with Lenovo and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Language: Swedish and English proficiency required.
  • Experience in business development, account management, or sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of managing vendor, partner, or customer relationships in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technology solutions.
  • Ability to analyze market opportunities and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working.
