About the Role

You will manage a portfolio of mid-sized, fast-growth merchants and develop strong customer relationships. You will identify commercial opportunities, lead account discussions, manage projects across multiple accounts, analyze account data, and provide customer feedback internally.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of full-time experience in a client-facing commercial role
• Experience in account management, consulting, payments, complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services
• Strong time management skills
• Strong internal and external relationship-building skills
• Full professional written and verbal proficiency in Swedish and English
• Some domestic and international travel is required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Account Managers across customer accounts
• Grow customers while improving satisfaction and reducing churn
• Drive commercial discussions and strategic targets
• Prioritize and manage short- and long-term projects
• Analyze account data and payment details
• Share customer feedback internally
• Lead customer meetings
