What you will do

  • Lead and manage the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity identification to submission and post-award follow-up.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education verticals.
  • Drive business growth through a combination of direct sales and channel partner engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement authorities, decision-makers, and strategic customers.
  • Analyze procurement pipelines, framework agreements, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, legal, finance, and product management to deliver high-quality tender responses.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing complex public sector sales and tender processes.
  • Strong experience with public procurement, framework agreements, and regulated purchasing environments.
  • Demonstrated success in Healthcare, Education, or Public Sector markets.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and indirect sales models.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Nordic region.

Nice to have

  • Nordic market experience is considered highly advantageous.
