Multi Mission Program Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and program teams.
• Translate operational strategy into executable plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Manage schedules, risks, constraints, costs, efficiency, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Work Center Leaders, Engineering, and Program teams on baseline demand and emergent work.
• Provide data-driven insights, maintain communication rhythms, and drive accountability across teams.
• Support CapEx planning, operational readiness, production scaling, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influence-without-authority skills.
• Experience managing high-velocity production or integration environments.

Nice to have

• Aerospace or high-complexity manufacturing experience.
• Experience with schedule management tools, EVMS, or production systems.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
