Location: Northern Virginia or Aurora, Colorado, United States. The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance or current Top Secret clearance with recent SCI eligibility, and performance under U.S.-only and ITAR/EAR restrictions.
Salary: $158,000–$198,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Own program cost, schedule, technical baselines, risks, and contractual milestones from concept development through on-orbit operations.
- Plan and run program initiation reviews, in-process reviews, and milestone deliverable reviews.
- Serve as the primary programmatic and technical interface for U.S. Government contracting and technical representatives.
- Lead technical exchange meetings at appropriate classification levels and own the quality and delivery of CDRLs.
- Direct cross-functional teams across systems engineering, payload, flight software, ground processing, and mission operations.
- Support follow-on growth by converting program artifacts into proposal-ready material and supporting capture activities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of program management experience on complex aerospace or defense development programs, including ownership of cost, schedule, and technical baselines.
- Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance, or current Top Secret clearance with recent SCI eligibility.
- U.S. citizenship required; the program is ITAR-restricted and requires compliance with U.S. export controls.
- Experience executing U.S. Government contracts, including statements of work, CDRL deliverables, milestone-based structures, and government customer coordination.
- Experience running programs in classified environments, including work in cleared facilities and ownership of program security requirements.
- Domain experience with remote sensing systems, including EO/IR, RF, or both, at the payload or mission level.
