What you will do

• Serve as the single accountable owner for program cost, schedule, and technical baselines.
• Act as the primary programmatic and technical interface to government customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams including systems engineering, payload, flight software, and mission operations.
• Manage the integrated master schedule, risk register, and formal program milestone reviews.
• Ensure full compliance with government security requirements and ITAR/EAR export controls.
• Convert program artifacts into proposal-ready material to support follow-on business capture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience in complex aerospace or defense development.
• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance or current Top Secret with recent SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR restrictions.
• Proven experience executing U.S. Government contracts, including SOWs and CDRLs.
• Experience running programs in classified environments and cleared facilities.
• Domain expertise in remote sensing systems (EO/IR or RF) at the payload or mission level.
