• Act as the primary point of contact for clients via calls, email, and live chat to resolve queries accurately.
• Provide dedicated, high-touch support to high-net-worth clients throughout their onboarding and investment journey.
• Guide clients through KYC and account-related processes while coordinating with internal teams.
• Handle complaints with empathy and provide effective solutions within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track leads generated through company campaigns.
• Share client feedback with the wider team to drive improvements in products and service processes.

Требования

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in client service, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience in high-touch client support or managing high-net-worth relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the UAE financial-services landscape or interest in Shariah-compliant finance is a plus.
