What you will do
- Communicate with customers across email, chat, phone, and social media to ensure a top-quality experience.
- Handle administrative tasks, including AML/KYC checks and regulatory documentation.
- Analyze and evaluate credit applications to produce responsible and transparent offers.
- Follow credit policies and regulatory standards with precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest and implement improvements to workflows and tools.
Requirements
- Native-level German proficiency.
- Fluent English (C1).
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service within banking, fintech, insurance, or similar sectors.
- Experience in credit risk assessment, AML/KYC, or financial advisory roles.
- Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Swedish or Finnish.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
