Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: 1 weekly WFH day)

What you will do

  • Communicate with customers across email, chat, phone, and social media to ensure a top-quality experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including AML/KYC checks and regulatory documentation.
  • Analyze and evaluate credit applications to produce responsible and transparent offers.
  • Follow credit policies and regulatory standards with precision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest and implement improvements to workflows and tools.

Requirements

  • Native-level German proficiency.
  • Fluent English (C1).
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer service within banking, fintech, insurance, or similar sectors.
  • Experience in credit risk assessment, AML/KYC, or financial advisory roles.
  • Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Swedish or Finnish.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
