What you will do

• Act as the primary relationship contact for German bank broker clients, supporting proxy voting requirements.
• Manage day-to-day queries and resolve issues in accordance with agreed SLAs.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, products, and services, including project planning and coordination.
• Collaborate with UK and US teams on system developments, UAT testing, and platform deployments.
• Mentor and coach client service team members to develop their professional capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within team workflows.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a client service delivery role.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to drive team performance.
• Advanced-level proficiency in both German and English.
• Ability to travel to Germany for client meetings and to London for collaboration.
• Strong results-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
