paytech is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (L2) in Limassol!

🍇 What you will do:
✔️ Resolve complex customer technical issues end-to-end, providing clear updates throughout the process;
✔️ Troubleshoot advanced product, system, and integration problems using logs, transaction data, and system analysis;
✔️ Reproduce reported issues in test environments and escalate bugs to Engineering;
✔️ Assist with internal testing of new features, AI, and releases;
✔️ Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base;
✔️ Support and mentor junior agents.
🍇 What we expect:
✔️ English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required); Russian (native or fluent) is a plus;
✔️ 1+ years of experience in a B2B support role within fintech, payments, or a similar technical environment;
✔️ Strong understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL/database queries;
✔️ Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users;
✔️ Strong team collaboration skills;
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
