paytech is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (L2) in Limassol!

🍇 What you will do:
✔️ Handle complex technical customer requests, diagnose and resolve system issues in collaboration with the development team.

🍇 What we expect:
✔️ Most importantly — at least 1 year of experience in customer support within the payments industry;
✔️ Solid understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL knowledge;
✔️ Basic experience with Postman and CRM/ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Jira);
✔️ Experience analyzing complex issues and implementing effective solutions;
✔️ English level B2+ with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and simple way;
✔️ Strong soft skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
