Focus on integrating AI tools like Gemini and Claude to enhance productivity and maintaining detailed CRM records.

EU licensed e-money institution making payments simple for e-commerce, retail, and everyday finances.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using CRM software.
- Perform routine daily tasks using Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Uzbek, and Tajik.
- Proficiency with computer skills and standard software applications.
- Proven experience integrating AI tools like Gemini or Claude into daily tasks.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a customer service role.
Nice to have
- Prior customer service experience.
