Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage key customer relationships as the primary point of contact for employer partners and users.
- Lead the customer support function and gather valuable feedback from end users.
- Build and iterate on operational tests and processes from scratch to support company scaling.
- Streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency and drive business results.
- Collaborate directly with the Founding Team to execute growth strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an execution-focused role with the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the United States (implied by benefits and salary structure).
