What you will do
- Deliver professional and responsive support via Live Chat, Email, and social media.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding products, services, features, and policies.
- Manage and monitor customer tickets ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
- Perform initial analysis of reported issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Educate users on the platform, including registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and crypto trading.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Proven experience as a Customer Support/Customer Service representative.
- Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English for documentation and effective communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing processes.

- Prior experience in the crypto asset, fintech, or similar industries.
