What you will do
- Develop and execute account management tactics to achieve sales growth and relationship objectives.
- Identify customer needs and industry trends to propose tailored solutions and drive new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including cost estimates, price quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and forecast sales for assigned accounts while ensuring timely payment of invoices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to position products competitively against market offerings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contracting, and complex agreement negotiation.
- Clinical or technical understanding with affinity for medical technology.
- Ability to work independently within corporate sales and marketing guidelines.
- Willingness to travel 30%-60% of the time, including international travel.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
