TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, Glasgow. Must hold British Citizenship to be eligible to apply.

What you will do

  • Oversee daily deliverables including client management, team capacity, complaint strategy, and overall service delivery.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of direct reports, including Team Leaders and administrators.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing client enquiries and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Support the Operations Manager with budget management, cost control, and profitability optimization.
  • Leverage technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be a sole British National or dual national with British citizenship (mandatory for national security requirements).
  • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Ability to manage complex relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Strong data-driven approach to challenging assumptions and driving operational change.
  • Commitment to adhering to all security, health and safety, and governance protocols.
