What you will do

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and due diligence activities in line with the TPRM governance framework.
  • Maintain relationship records, governance logs, and review schedules to ensure operational oversight.
  • Manage complex invoicing processes and resolve discrepancies through liaison with procurement teams.
  • Support pricing validation administration and track tolerance breaches.
  • Maintain complete audit trails for onboarding, due diligence, and invoice approvals.
  • Escalate data quality issues that could impact customer disclosures or pricing.

Requirements

  • Strong administration and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with procurement and finance processes.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple trackers and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Bath, UK.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to third-party governance or TPRM processes.
  • Experience with investment operations data (e.g., EMT).
