What you will do
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and due diligence activities in line with the TPRM governance framework.
- Maintain relationship records, governance logs, and review schedules to ensure operational oversight.
- Manage complex invoicing processes and resolve discrepancies through liaison with procurement teams.
- Support pricing validation administration and track tolerance breaches.
- Maintain complete audit trails for onboarding, due diligence, and invoice approvals.
- Escalate data quality issues that could impact customer disclosures or pricing.
Requirements
- Strong administration and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with procurement and finance processes.
- Proficiency in managing multiple trackers and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Must be based in or able to work from Bath, UK.
Nice to have
- Exposure to third-party governance or TPRM processes.
- Experience with investment operations data (e.g., EMT).
