What you will do

• Lead day-to-day office operations at the PSP site to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
• Manage service partners and vendors to maintain consistent operational standards.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and operational spend with a focus on accuracy and value.
• Coordinate office moves, space changes, and workspace readiness for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing requirements as the local contact.
• Support internal events and initiatives to enhance employee culture and experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Guildford, GB
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or facilities management.
• 5+ years of experience in office or administrative management.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Experience managing budgets and external vendors.

Nice to have

• Health & Safety training (e.g., IOSH or equivalent).
• IWFM or equivalent certification.
• First Aid or Fire Marshal training.
