What you will do

• Own the Zendesk product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements aligned with business objectives.
• Configure and administer platform features including workflows, triggers, automations, and reporting.
• Utilize AI capabilities to optimize ticket routing and streamline operational performance.
• Translate stakeholder business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage the enhancement backlog.
• Coordinate a phased enterprise rollout, including testing, integrations, and system updates.
• Develop documentation and training materials to ensure successful platform adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in CRM administration, product ownership, or platform management.
• Hands-on experience configuring platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, or HubSpot Service Hub.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or analytics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools, APIs, or middleware solutions.
• Experience supporting customer service operations in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• CRM certifications such as Salesforce Administrator.
