Salary: $52,600 — $147,950 USD

What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and architecture for strategic GTM products and their associated business capabilities.
- Drive technology decisions, including build vs. buy evaluations and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver scalable business capabilities.
- Build and ship GTM products and features using AI tools such as Claude code.
- Optimize the Revenue Technology ecosystem to ensure scalability and alignment with long-term business strategy.
- Manage governance, documentation, release planning, and ongoing product performance.
Requirements
- Experience owning business systems or product portfolios within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment.
- Strong understanding of GTM architecture, integrations, data models, and end-to-end revenue processes.
- Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for internal technology products.
- Proficiency with GTM technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, and various API integration platforms.
- English: Fluent (C1) proficiency in writing and speaking is required.
- Location: Must be open to working in a global environment, with priority given to EMEA and East AMER.
