TL;DR
Product Owner (Salesforce): Defining business requirements and driving product enhancements for a global streaming platform with an accent on CRM optimization and service technology. Focus on automating processes, integrating AI initiatives, and aligning product roadmaps with business KPIs.
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Osterley, London). Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).

What you will do
- Define business requirements and scope product enhancements for centrally supported markets.
- Manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with UX specialists and stakeholders to optimize existing capabilities.
- Lead critical initiatives focusing on automation, artificial intelligence, and continuous process improvement.
- Define requirements for CRM Scrum teams and digital/operations stakeholders.
- Measure and report key KPIs relating to product performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a technology Product Owner.
- Must have experience working with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Strong ability to gather requirements via interviews and workshops.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders across business verticals.
- Appropriate right to work in the UK is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS Connect or other CRM systems.
- Background in contact centers or Operations departments.
- Fluency in a second language or experience in translation.
- Previous line management experience.
