What you will do

• Own the problem framing, prioritization, and business outcomes for a specific product domain.
• Ensure all sprint items have validated problem statements, success criteria, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to ensure new capabilities respect multi-tenancy and platform constraints.
• Translate leadership goals and quarterly priorities into a ranked and sequenced backlog.
• Determine the MVP cut line and hold the Definition of Ready for sprint entry.
• Maintain a continuous customer feedback loop to convert signals into prioritized product tasks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or Associate Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of taking features from initial problem statement to sprint-ready epics.
• Strong product judgment with a problem-first approach to feature development.
• Ability to work in agile frameworks and discuss APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Confidence in challenging stakeholders and defending positions using data and reasoning.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex billing models, multi-tenant architecture, or partner/reseller ecosystems.
• Comfort using AI tooling for discovery, competitor research, and requirements work.
