What you will do

  • Act as a virtual team lead for the District, orchestrating Sales Business Units and the Channel landscape.
  • Identify growth potential in collaboration with Direct Sales Teams and Channel Account Managers.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans together with regional partners.
  • Drive specific sales activities to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibilities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key executives and decision-makers internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Direct Sales Account Manager in the IT industry, ideally within Cybersecurity.
  • Experience in a channel-facing role, such as Partner Manager or Channel Leader.
  • Proven track record of leading virtual teams.
  • Deep understanding of the German IT market and Channel-led business is a must.
  • Fluency in German and English (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in SFDC and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
