What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Partner Sales Team within the European region.
  • Expand and strengthen the local domestic sales channel to drive growth.
  • Manage and deliver accurate team and market forecasting.
  • Develop strategic plans for market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Drive change management initiatives to continuously optimize internal processes and structures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, channel management, or business operations.
  • Extensive experience within the connectivity industry or a similar technical domain.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and people management.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional major European languages.
