What you will do

• Manage and defend claims related to debt recovery, section 75, and fraud disputes
• Oversee and manage the paralegal function
• Handle a variety of legal matters, including the drafting and review of commercial contracts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and resolve disputes effectively

Requirements

• 3-5 years PQE as an England and Wales Qualified Lawyer (Barristers also considered)
• Proven experience in financial services disputes, specifically debt recovery and consumer credit
• Experience working within a lender, consumer credit business, or in private practice
• Experience managing stakeholders and supervising junior staff
• Location: Must be based in London
