What you will do

• Run internal fact-finding investigations for customer complaint and dispute cases.
• Handle external dispute resolution complaints in line with local laws and regulations.
• Represent Revolut before external dispute resolution forums.
• Work on early-stage or less complex litigation, including pre-action letters and responses to claims.
• Analyze case outcomes to identify weak points and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments during case investigations and contribute to fair customer treatment.

Requirements

• Law degree (bachelor’s and master’s) or equivalent in Hungary.
• Qualified lawyer or registered with the Hungarian Bar Association.
• 2+ years of legal experience as a private-practice lawyer dealing with financial services.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to investigate and identify root causes of complex cases.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
