What you will do

• Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, including transfer agreements, consents, and subscription agreements.
• Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings to assist with execution workflows.
• Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client service across fast-moving matters.
• Build commercial and legal expertise to eventually take ownership of client accounts.
• Work alongside embedded AI agents to optimize legal delivery speed and consistency.

Requirements

• Legally educated (undergraduate Law degree or GDL preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively flag issues.
• Collaborative approach to working within a fast-paced team environment.
