What you will do
- Provide pragmatic, solution-focused employment law advice across the organization.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters.
- Support the company's expansion plans across Europe.
- Collaborate closely with People and Legal teams, as well as external counsel.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align legal advice with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an employment legal professional.
- Ability to provide proactive and solution-oriented legal guidance.
- Expertise in the UK employment law landscape.
- Must be able to work from the London office 4+ days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with employment law in Spain, Italy, and France.
