What you will do
- Provide legal and corporate governance support to the Legal and Governance team.
- Prepare board packs and coordinate board meetings.
- Take meeting minutes and support board administration.
- Review commercial contracts.
Requirements
- Current in-house experience as a Paralegal.
- Experience with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
- Experience reviewing commercial contracts.
- Completed LLB or an equivalent legal qualification.
