Paralegal (Fintech)

hirify.global provides a digital Securities Lending as a Service platform for online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers.

What you will do

• Support the legal team with reviewing, negotiating, executing, and managing NDAs, commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage contract execution processes and maintain legal records, trackers, metadata, and document repositories.
• Coordinate vendor due diligence and onboarding, including document collection, stakeholder management, and initial term reviews.
• Assist with KYC requests, corporate documentation, and regulatory information requests.
• Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to drive legal matters through to completion.

Requirements

• Strong organisational, document management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and draft professional correspondence.
• Experience with contract management, legal operations, vendor onboarding, and electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign.
• Proactive, commercially minded, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Interest in technology and comfort working in a fast-paced, digital, product-led environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in an in-house legal team or law firm.
• Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or other technology businesses.
• Experience with the responsible use of AI tools.
