What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for Private Banking businesses across EMEA.
• Utilize a proactive headhunting approach to identify and build relationships with top talent.
• Design and execute diverse talent pipelining strategies in partnership with leadership and the COO group.
• Structure new offers and collaborate with the compensation team to determine appropriate packages.
• Produce regular data reporting and metrics to inform decision-making and recruiting strategy.
• Partner with legal, background check, and divisional generalist teams to provide full service to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or executive search within a financial services organization.
• Fluent German or other European languages highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Private Banking and a strong professional network of contacts.
• Experience recruiting professionals from Analyst to MD/Partner levels.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at the highest levels within the firm.
