What you will do
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from initial job posting to contract preparation.
- Proactively source and identify talent, primarily utilizing LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines and networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for open positions.
- Develop target group-specific sourcing strategies and analyze relevant KPIs.
- Represent the company at job fairs and professional networking events.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or similar.
- Initial experience in recruiting and active sourcing.
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for professional networking.
