• Develop target group-specific sourcing strategies and analyze relevant KPIs.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or similar.
• Initial experience in recruiting and active sourcing.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
