What you will do
- Coordinate solar service activities, intake, and project close-outs according to established guidelines and metrics.
- Build and maintain detailed installation and service calendars to optimize field team utilization and meet customer commitments.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians to confirm scope, timing, and site access requirements.
- Verify jobsite readiness, including permits and customer availability, before dispatching crews to ensure efficient execution.
- Manage material deliveries and equipment allocation to prevent gaps or risks in project timelines.
- Proactively adjust schedules in response to weather, material delays, or site conditions and communicate changes to all parties.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong professional communication skills, especially when handling stressful situations externally.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving issues.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Pine Grove, Pennsylvania location.
Nice to have
- Experience within the construction, window, or door industry.
- Technical experience with parts and gaskets.
- Ability to work with blueprints or AutoCAD.
