Salary: $58,000–$60,000 plus 4% bonus.

What you will do
- Provide exceptional technical support to school district staff via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues within the Alio/ ERP product suite.
- Document all customer interactions, software defects, and enhancement requests in Salesforce.
- Contribute to the creation of training documentation for both internal and customer use.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with school district administrators and educators.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Experience in software or technical support within a SaaS environment.
- Solid background working with computers and Microsoft Product Suites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines in a high-stress environment.
