Location: Spring Grove, IL (Hybrid: in-office Tue–Thu; remote flexibility on Mon & Fri). Work week: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Must live within 25 miles of 60081 zip code.
Salary: $20.00/hour (bonus may be available; full-time employees eligible for benefits).

What you will do
- Handle customer and prospective-customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage inbound and outbound support requests and move loan applications through each stage to final status.
- Maintain meticulous, accurate customer records for every action and interaction.
- Review and evaluate clients’ financial documents and research financial history.
- Contact pending loan applications to help convert them into customers and provide assistance as needed.
- Follow compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines while meeting quality and responsiveness standards.
Requirements
- Must live within 25 miles of 60081 zip code.
- 18+ years of age; credit and criminal background check required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask on the phone and computer simultaneously; strong attention to detail.
- Associate’s degree OR 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (no weekends) and sit/stand up to 8 hours wearing a headset.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Prior call-center experience.
- Experience in FinTech/financial services with a focus on technology.
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Slack; experience working in a remote environment.
