Cyber Data & Reporting Engineer (Cybersecurity): Maintaining and optimizing the Panaseer CCM platform to deliver high-quality security compliance reporting with an accent on data quality, dashboarding, and automated controls monitoring. Focus on diagnosing data feed issues, building reliable business logic for dashboards, and ensuring accurate security posture insights.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in office). Must be based in the UK (Livingston or Osterley). Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve data quality issues across multiple feeds and datasets, performing root-cause analysis and validation.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and business logic to provide reliable security insights.
• Support back-end data design decisions, including entity matching, merging logic, and business rules.
• Assess and onboard new data feeds, defining requirements and ensuring clean integration into the platform.
• Manage day-to-day platform operations, triage incidents, and resolve BAU tickets end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and guidance for platform operations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience using SQL for data investigation and working with large, complex datasets.
• Proven experience in BI/dashboard development, including understanding of underlying metric logic.
• Practical knowledge of data modelling principles (joins, relationships, keys, aggregations).
• Experience ingesting, validating, and troubleshooting data integrations or pipelines.
• Experience working in a BAU or operational support environment resolving live issues and defects.
• Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

• Practical exposure to APIs, SSO, authentication, or certificate expiry concepts.
