What you will do
- Own the TPS Service Scorecard and collaborate with regional managers to meet internal Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Oversee the TPS assessment programme to ensure all activities align with company policy.
- Lead and participate in special projects to ensure delivery of agreed scope and timelines.
- Identify and propose strategic initiatives for innovation and process improvements within the TPSMS framework.
- Provide guidance to TPS resources and support internal audits of operations.
- Act as a TPS ambassador, managing stakeholder engagement and internal communications across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in GRC, Automation, Process Improvement, or Information Security.
- Proven track record of delivering collaborative process improvement projects.
- Background in overseeing technology programmes, preferably with a focus on security and risk.
- Experience in automating programs or business processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ServiceNow, SQL, Power BI, or SharePoint is highly desirable.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders within a large, complex organization.
