What you will do
- Develop account strategies and lead the full process from proposal through execution and reinvestment.
- Identify growth opportunities and white space by deeply analyzing client business and organizational challenges.
- Design optimal growth strategies by combining Search and Display products to drive upsell and cross-sell.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CMOs and Directors.
- Analyze performance and lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) for key KPIs.
- Provide OJT and coaching to Client Partners to support their professional development.
Requirements
- Business-level or higher proficiency in Japanese, English, and Chinese.
- 6+ years of hands-on client-facing account management experience in digital marketing or online advertising.
- Hands-on experience with LINE Ads or Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of ROI/CPA goals, media buying cycles, and the marketing funnel.
- Project management skills to prioritize and drive multiple parallel projects.
- Must be based in Japan.
Nice to have
- Account management experience at an advertising agency or platform company.
- Previous team management or leadership experience.
- Expertise in both Search and Display proposals and operations.
- Experience spanning the full range from Branding to Performance marketing.
