TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop account strategies and lead the full process from proposal through execution and reinvestment.
  • Identify growth opportunities and white space by deeply analyzing client business and organizational challenges.
  • Design optimal growth strategies by combining Search and Display products to drive upsell and cross-sell.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CMOs and Directors.
  • Analyze performance and lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) for key KPIs.
  • Provide OJT and coaching to Client Partners to support their professional development.

Requirements

  • Business-level or higher proficiency in Japanese, English, and Chinese.
  • 6+ years of hands-on client-facing account management experience in digital marketing or online advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with LINE hirify.global Ads or Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of ROI/CPA goals, media buying cycles, and the marketing funnel.
  • Project management skills to prioritize and drive multiple parallel projects.
  • Must be based in Japan.

Nice to have

  • Account management experience at an advertising agency or platform company.
  • Previous team management or leadership experience.
  • Expertise in both Search and Display proposals and operations.
  • Experience spanning the full range from Branding to Performance marketing.
