What you will do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within major accounts.
- Promote and deploy the latest IoT and AI innovations and solutions to existing customers.
- Prepare tenders and commercial proposals in collaboration with product, deployment, and marketing teams.
- Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers from store level to C-suite.
- Develop partnerships with integrators and ecosystem players.
Requirements
- 10+ years of successful experience as a Key Account Manager or similar B2B sales role.
- Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions (hardware + software + services) with long sales cycles.
- Native or equivalent proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written).
- Fluent English proficiency.
- High level of autonomy and strategic prioritization skills.
