What you will do
- Manage sales budgets, turnover forecasting, cost control, and planning.
- Ensure product portfolio profitability by managing sales prices and commercial policies.
- Drive business expansion through coordination with global sales colleagues and agents.
- Identify and acquire new customers and markets while maintaining existing relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints to improve overall satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis and report findings to management to guide new product development.
Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales.
- Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Sales experience in the automotive or aftermarket industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in new customer acquisition is a plus.
