What you will do

• Collaborate with the executive team to source, evaluate, and select acquisition opportunities.
• Lead professional engagements with business owners, advisors, and investment bankers.
• Build complex financial models and perform rigorous valuation and operational analyses.
• Manage the end-to-end M&A process, including due diligence and drafting investment memorandums for board approval.
• Coordinate with internal and external legal, tech, HR, and tax teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Support the post-acquisition integration and operational activities of new portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Must be based in France.
• Minimum 2 years of M&A experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development.
• Strong academic record with a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Expertise in building financial models and preparing structured analysis.
• Advanced communication skills for interacting with C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of technology and a passion for the software industry.
