Head of Controlling (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Analyze organizational performance, monitor financial results, identify economic risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Define and implement KPIs, controlling procedures, and tools for monitoring business activities.
• Prepare management reporting, analyze monthly indicators and variances, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Lead the budgeting process with operational managers and support cost-saving initiatives through management advice and cost analysis.
• Calculate product costs in line with IFRS standards and conduct financial studies and investment simulations.
• Lead management meetings and supervise a team of two people.

Requirements

• Master’s degree equivalent to BAC+5 in Finance or Management Control.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Management Controller in an industrial and international environment.
• Strong knowledge of reporting methods, industrial accounting fundamentals, and financial controlling.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; proficiency in SAP ERP is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French required.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, leadership, flexibility, and commitment to high standards.
