What you will do

• Analyze organizational performance and monitor financial results to recommend corrective actions.
• Define and implement key performance indicators to track operational activities.
• Lead the budgeting process in collaboration with operational managers.
• Calculate product cost prices in compliance with IFRS standards and group guidelines.
• Provide technical financial advice and support for cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage and supervise a team of two professionals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or Management Control.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Management Controller in an industrial environment.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Strong command of reporting methods, SAP ERP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Solid expertise in industrial controlling accounting fundamentals.
