Jr. FP&A Analyst (Aerospace)

Location: Toulouse, Occitanie, France; on-site. Relocation assistance to Toulouse may be available. Occasional calls during US working hours may be required.

What you will do

• Monitor program P&Ls, material and launch hardware costs, supplier costs, revenue, COGS and cash flows.
• Support monthly and annual closings, cost allocation, reclassifications and forecast accuracy.
• Lead EAC updates, financial program reviews, variance analysis and Risks & Opportunities scenarios.
• Set up financial P&Ls and baselines for new programs and support bids, cost estimates, margins and revenue recognition.
• Lead Opex reviews, headcount and labor-cost planning, and the FY+1 budget process.
• Partner with Program Managers, Department Heads, HR, Accounting and the US FP&A team while improving and digitalizing financial tools and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, management control, financial audit or related work.
• Program or project controlling knowledge, including EAC, revenue recognition over time and Risks & Opportunities management.
• Strong accounting fundamentals covering P&L, accruals and cut-off.
• Fluent French and English required; English is the working language.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Program or project controlling experience in an industrial or project-based environment.
• Aerospace or space industry experience.
• BI, reporting-tool or ERP experience; NetSuite is preferred.
• Experience using AI, including Claude, or improving and automating financial processes.
