Financial Analyst - Cost Accounting (SAP)

Location: Marignane, France, in the Marseille Area; business trips mainly to Donauwoerth and Albacete are required.

What you will do

• Define worldwide cost-accounting guidelines and communicate them across the Finance community, parent companies, and customer centers.
• Maintain mechanisms that transform generated costs into destination-based P&L reporting, including cost-allocation settlements.
• Manage internal-control requirements and support function-cost accounting, including cost centers, allocation keys, chargebacks, and hourly-rate checks.
• Configure hirify.global and hirify.global Deutschland systems and run closing operations.
• Provide finance-process advice and expertise to customer centers.
• Contribute to ERP projects and coordinate integration with reporting, planning, predictive, and consolidation initiatives.

Requirements

• bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, accounting, controlling, or a similar field.
• Solid knowledge of SAP-based ERP technologies and several years of experience with SAP Finance products.
• Experience in activity management and follow-up, preferably with an understanding of agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT implementations for Finance, with autonomy, flexibility, curiosity, communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Team-oriented and service-minded working style, with experience in multicultural environments appreciated.
• Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.
